1. About Our Products

LifeVac offers two anti-choking rescue devices:

LifeVac Manual Anti-Choking Device — $60 USD
LifeVac Auto Anti-Choking Device — $90 USD

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Important Safety Notice: LifeVac devices are designed as emergency first-aid tools to assist in choking situations. They are not a substitute for professional medical training, emergency medical services, or the Heimlich maneuver where appropriate. Always call your local emergency number immediately during a choking emergency. Use of this product does not guarantee a specific outcome.

2. Eligibility & Account

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are placing an order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship LifeVac Manual and Auto Anti-Choking Devices to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and select other countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout or via order confirmation
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeVac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
